Cookie Policy

The cookies and similar technologies RaidHost uses today — and what we do not use.

Last updated September 11, 2026

How we use cookies

RaidHost.gg uses a small number of essential cookies so the site can sign you in and remember that you have opened the app. We do not use cookies for advertising, retargeting, or product analytics today.

Authentication cookies

When you sign in with Battle.net, our authentication provider (Convex Auth) sets session cookies so we can keep you logged in across page loads. These cookies are required for accounts, character import, signups, and hosting.

If you block them, you can still browse public raids, but you will not be able to sign in.

App-visit cookie

We set an httpOnly cookie named rh_app when you open a page other than the marketing homepage. It only stores the value “1”. It helps us decide whether a signed-in visitor should land on the homepage or go straight into the app.

This cookie is not used to track you across other websites.

What we do not set

We do not set advertising cookies, social-media tracking pixels, or analytics cookies such as Google Analytics or PostHog.

If we add non-essential cookies later, we will update this page and ask for consent where the law requires it.

Similar technologies in your browser

Some pages load item tooltips from Wowhead. Hovering an item may cause your browser to request data from Wowhead’s servers.

Character portraits and icons may load from Blizzard’s content network. Those requests are needed to show the images, not to advertise to you.

How to control cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will break sign-in.

Most browsers also let you clear cookies for raidhost.gg only if you want to sign out everywhere on this device.
