Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RaidHost.gg and the RaidHost World of Warcraft addon. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use RaidHost.

The service is operated by Saleso Innovations AS, Norway. Questions: business@saleso.technology.

RaidHost helps World of Warcraft players find raids, sign up with real characters, manage soft reserves, and bring raid information in-game with the addon.

The product is free to use today. We may add, change, or remove features. We do not promise that RaidHost will stay free, uninterrupted, or error-free.

You sign in with Battle.net. You must be allowed to use that Battle.net account and to accept these terms.

Keep your Battle.net account secure. You are responsible for activity on RaidHost that comes from that login.

We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms or that we reasonably believe is harming other players or the service.

Use RaidHost for real raid organizing. Do not harass, threaten, or impersonate other players. Do not post illegal or abusive content in raid names, notes, or messages.

Do not abuse signups, waitlists, or soft reserves to grief a group. Do not scrape, flood, or reverse-engineer the service. Do not try to access other people’s accounts, private raids, or data you were not invited to see.

You keep ownership of the text and other content you submit (raid titles, notes, messages, team names, and similar). You give us a license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to run RaidHost — including showing it to other players on public raids and share links.

You are responsible for the content you post and for any Discord invite URL you attach to a raid.

Public raids are listed for anyone to browse. Private raids are limited to the host, invite-link joiners, and the raid’s team. Anyone with a share link to a soft reserve board or character profile can open it.

If you host a raid, you decide who gets in. RaidHost is a tool. We are not a party to your in-game group and we do not guarantee that a listed player will show up or behave well.

The addon can show soft reserves, hard reserves, and raid information inside World of Warcraft. The website stays the source of truth for signups.

The addon cannot contact RaidHost from inside the game. That is a Blizzard platform rule. Import codes and in-group broadcast are how a snapshot gets into WoW. Use of the addon is also subject to Blizzard’s terms.

RaidHost depends on Battle.net, Blizzard game data, and optionally Warcraft Logs. If those services are down, limited, or change their APIs, parts of RaidHost may stop working. Their terms apply to your use of those services.

RaidHost is an unofficial community project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment. World of Warcraft, Battle.net, and related marks belong to their owners.

We may change, pause, or shut down all or part of the service. We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

RaidHost is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that character data, parses, or loot information is complete or current. Always verify important details in-game.

We are not liable for lost raid spots, missed loot, in-game outcomes, or disputes between players.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Norway law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You can stop using RaidHost at any time. To delete your account, email business@saleso.technology. We will remove your login and the player data described in the Privacy Policy. Raids you hosted may remain for other players.

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Norway have jurisdiction, except where consumer-protection law gives you the right to sue in your home country.
